Code of Conduct

Applewood and Rivervue retirement villages have voluntarily subscribed to the new Retirement Living Code of Conduct (the Code.)The Code sets a national standard for retirement village operators regarding the marketing, selling and operation of retirement communities.
Signatories to the Code agree that they will comply with the Code’s benchmark for best practice standards.The Retirement Living Code of Conduct is an initiative of the two peak bodies representing retirement living across Australia - The Retirement Living Council (RLC) and Leading Aged Services Australia (LASA). Through their collective membership, they represent more than 50% of retirement communities across the profit and not for profit sectors.
Kinbrook Update
July 2018
We are thrilled to announce titles have been received for Stage 1 at Kinbrook. We're looking forward to welcoming residents to their new community and watching as the project's first homes begin construction.
With the central avenue, English Street, now finished and the entrance from Donnybrook Road taking shape, the Kinbrook project is ready to welcome its first residents.
With Stage 2 and Stage 3 works progressing well, we are looking forward to sharing more title updates soon.
2018 National Retirement Living Awards

The National Retirement Living Awards recognise high achievement across all areas of the retirement living sector, by people and companies helping ensure senior Australians have an enjoyable retirement. We are proud to announce that Rivervue is one of three National Finalists in both the categories that we entered an award submission. The National Award winners will be announced at National Retirement Living Awards dinner in Canberra on 29th November 2018.
1. The Award for Retirement Living Innovation is for village operators and/or service providers who can demonstrate how they have implemented innovative practices across any area of their business for the benefit of retirement village residents. Recognises innovation that creates significant advancement and improvement within an asset or retirement living community.
2. The Award for Best Design is for village operators and/or designers who have designed great retirement living facilities that have improved the quality of their residents’ experience.
Step up to better health for Applewood residents
